Complete an Application

For first time voters in Florida, a completed voter registration form must be in the Supervisor of Elections' office, or postmarked, by the book closing date. The book closing date is the statewide deadline to register to vote, or change your political party for any election if you are already registered.*

If you have a current voter registration in the state of Florida and you have relocated to a new address, register that address with the Supervisor of Elections' office as soon as possible. Pursuant to HB 1355 effective May 19, 2011, voters who relocated to a new county within Florida and did not report their new address prior to election day will be required to vote a provisional ballot at the polls.**
